Change/Upgrade Your Tickets
Put down the wrong name? Opted for one day instead of two? No problem, you can fix this. Until the cutoff date of Thursday, August 10 2017, 11:59pm ( AEST, +1000 ), you can change either the name on your tickets or the type of the ticket itself.
Can I change the name on my tickets without charge?
You certainly can. That said, the order will still be under your email address, so make sure that the new attendee gets a copy of the ticket PDF.
How can I change the type of my tickets?
You can only upgrade to a more expensive ticket type than the one you currently have. Once you've done so, you will have to pay for the difference for your upgrade to be valid.
Refunds and downgrades are generally not offered unless in exceptional circumstances. If this is the case, get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do for you.
I don't remember what orders I made.
Don't worry. Enter your email address into the form below, and we'll email you a list of all the orders you've made using that address.
Each order will have a link you can click to return to that order within the ticketing system.
