Lost ticket(s) may be reissued to the ticket purchaser and will be sent directly to your email address.
Fill in your Email Address or Order Number to request for your ticket order to be resent to you.
You should receive the new copy of your ticket within 15 minutes of requesting it.
If you don't get it within an hour, please let us know so that we can look into it.
All the tickets you have ordered will be combined into a single PDF file for you to download and print out to bring on the day. They’ll be emailed to you as an attachment file.
An email containing your tickets will be sent to you within 15 minutes to your email address. Also check your junk mail just in case it has been redirected there by your email service provider! If you still can’t find your tickets please let us know so that we can resend you your tickets!
